Ideas, made visible.
Original characters, photographed and developed in-house.
Everything on this page is illustrative concept work — fictional characters and process material, not client commissions or a completed production.
Character Design
01 / 04
The full cast in a single frame — a world in one photograph.
Meet the characters
Original characters, built from the smallest details. Identity, wardrobe, tattoos and personality—developed into a world ready for film. Each begins with a name, an origin and a disposition: a past that explains how they look, and a temperament that suggests how they behave.
Personality is drawn through specifics—voice, mannerisms, the way a character enters a room or holds a silence. Those details guide every future photograph and scene, so imagery and film stay true to someone the audience recognises wherever they appear.
Silhouettes, styling and attitude — dressed to read at a glance.
Wardrobe & individuality
A character can begin with a passing thought, a distinctive look or an entire world waiting to be explored. We develop that starting point into an original identity—with considered features, wardrobe, personality and a visual language of its own.
Wardrobe is built piece by piece: silhouettes that read at a distance, materials with weight and texture, a considered palette, and accessories that hint at a history. Styled for the street, a campaign set or an imagined world, the clothing remains true to the character—so they are recognisably themselves in every setting.
Full-body artwork mapped as part of the character, not decoration.
Tattoo detail & identity
Explore different aesthetics, cultural influences, eras and imagined worlds. From understated realism to unconventional concepts, every detail contributes to the character: the texture of clothing, the placement of tattoos, the way they move and the environments they inhabit.
Tattoo artwork is designed rather than decorated on: placement that follows the body, scale that suits the person, and motifs that carry personal meaning. Continuity is planned across poses, lighting and camera angles so the character holds together from view to view—while allowing the natural variation of ink to remain part of who they are.
A second line-up, held to the same standard of detail.
Characters beyond convention.
Designed for more than a single image, characters can become recurring faces across fashion editorials, product campaigns, music videos, social content and cinematic storytelling. They can model a collection, inhabit a brand’s world or lead an original narrative—with an identity developed to carry across different scenes and formats.
Whether you arrive with a detailed brief or an idea you haven’t yet found a way to express, we help give it shape. The ambition is creative freedom: building characters around your vision, then exploring where they can take it.
